
Congress and the White House reached an agreement on a $789.5 billion economic stimulus package that would provide billions of dollars in tax relief to individuals and businesses and spark a boom in infrastructure building, from the nation’s ports and waterways to its schools and military bases.
The deal is one of the largest economic rescue programs since Franklin Roosevelt launched the New Deal.

I think they are spending your children’s inheritance. The banks, lending institutions and people getting into debt caused this whole problem. There should have been tighter controls to stave off this dilemma.
