<p>Make sure your ducks are in a row before quitting your job. Make sure you have another job lined up before quitting your current job. Make sure you have an emergency fund so that you have something to fall back on in case of a financial disaster. (Your washing machine blows up at the same time your car dies at the same time your roof needs to be replaced).</p>
<p>Do what you love and the money will follow. But keep in mind that you can&#8217;t live on love alone. If the job doesn&#8217;t pay enough you will have to find something else to supplement it.</p>
